30-minute HIIT cardio workout Tabata-style | Upper body included

Here’s a 30-minute HIIT cardio workout that hits the upper body, Tabata-style! With no equipment needed, you can simply do this routine at home whenever it is convenient for you. Tabata workouts generally shorten your workout routine since each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes – but it will be more intense and the rest period is usually shorter than HIIT routines (around 10 seconds).
