Here’s a 30-minute HIIT cardio workout that hits the upper body, Tabata-style! With no equipment needed, you can simply do this routine at home whenever it is convenient for you. Tabata workouts generally shorten your workout routine since each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes – but it will be more intense and the rest period is usually shorter than HIIT routines (around 10 seconds).
Get your heart rate pumping with cardio! If you haven’t gotten your dose of activity yet, then here’s your chance to follow along and get sweaty.
Challenge yourself and follow along in the video below! Good luck!
